Description


Heating Instructions

Open the cover and remove Kaniwa. Set aside. Loosely return cover and heat chicken and spinach on high for 45 seconds; Stir and test for the desired temperature. If not to your liking, heat to your desired temperature in 15-second increments.  Be careful not to overcook as the chicken can become dry. Enjoy withKaniwa Tabbouleh cold or at room temperature. Add salt and pepper to taste.

NOTE: If the family style aluminum container is used, empty contents into a microwave-safe container and then follow the instructions above.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Empty spinach and chicken breast into an oven-safe pan. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water over chicken and tightly cover with foil. Heat meal for 8 minutes and test. If not hot enough, reheat in 3-minute increments until the desired temperature is reached. Be careful not to overcook as the chicken can become dry. Enjoy withKaniwa Tabbouleh cold or at room temperature.  Add salt and pepper to taste.

NOTE: Family style for 4 aluminum container can be placed directly in the oven.
