Description


Heating Instructions

Open the cover and remove fish and string beans. Set aside. Loosen cover and heat sweet potatoes on high for 60 seconds. Stir and test for the desired temperature. Add the fish and string beans to the potatoes and heat for another 45 seconds.  If not hot enough, heat to your desired temperature in 15-second increments. Be careful not to overcook the fish. Add salt and pepper to taste.

NOTE: If the family style aluminum container is used, empty contents into a microwave-safe container and then follow the instructions above.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place the sweet potatoes on an oven safe pan and cover tightly with foil. Heat meal for 10 minutes and test. If not hot enough, reheat for another3 minutes and test. Continue this process until the desired temperature is almost reached. Add wild fish and string beans to the pan and heat for another 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

NOTE: Family style for 4 aluminum container can be placed directly in the oven
