Open the cover and remove chicken. Set aside. Replace cover loosely and heat vegetables and potatoes on high for 60 seconds. Stir and test to see if the desired temperature is almost reached. If not hot enough, heat for another 30 seconds and test again. Add chicken and heat for an additional 45 seconds. Continue cooking in 30-second increments until the desired temperature is reached. Add salt and pepper to taste.
NOTE: If the family style aluminum container is used, empty contents into a microwave-safe container and then follow the instructions above.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place the potatoes and vegetables in an oven-safe pan and cover tightly with foil. Heat for 8 minutes and test. If not hot enough, reheat for another 2 minutes and test. Continue this process until the desired temperature is almost reached. Add chicken, cover, and heat for another 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
NOTE: Family style for 4 aluminum container can be placed directly in the oven.
