Loosen cover and heat on high for 90 seconds. Stir and test for the desired temperature. If not hot enough, heat in 30-second increments until the desired temperature is reached. Salt and pepper to taste.
NOTE: If the family style aluminum container is used, empty contents into a microwave-safe container and then follow the instructions above.
Preheat oven to 400 F. Empty contents into open proof baking dish and add 1 tablespoon of water to black bean quinoa. Heat for 3 minutes and check for the desired temperature. If not hot enough, continue heating in 3-minute increments until the desired temperature is reached. Add salt and pepper to taste.
NOTE: Family style for 4 aluminum container can be placed directly in the oven.
