Zing Meals are gourmet, healthy fully prepared meals delivered to your door. You can choose from a number of delicious, nutritious meals you are proud to serve to your family and friends.

Zing meals are prepared with fresh ingredients and contain no fillers, artificial ingredients or preservatives. You can choose from 4 meal options each week, with a variety of options including: plant-based, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, nut-free, egg-free and more.

Your meals are delivered fully prepared and only require heating. Who needs ‘fast food’ when you can eat gourmet, healthy, prepared meals from Zing Meals?

  1.  You choose your meal options and order
    a. You have 5 meal options to choose from each week, including vegetarian, chicken, seafood, meat, and kid-approved options.
    b. You may also choose to add additional protein or featured side dishes to your order which will come packaged separately.
  2. The cut-off days/times are as follows:
    Orders must be placed by Sunday before 8 pm.
  3. Your meals are delivered in a reusable insulated bag packed with frozen water bottles to keep your meals cold. The next time you order, just leave your previous bag outside throughout the delivery timeframe for reuse.

There are three size options for you to choose from: Individual, Family Style for Two, and Family Style for Four.  Individual meals with animal proteins (poultry, seafood, and meat)are $18, Meals Family Style for Two are $33 and Meals Family Style for Four are $65. For vegetarian/vegan meals, the prices are $14, $26, and $50 respectively. You can mix and match sizes and meals to best fit your needs and taste preferences.

Zing Meals are prepared locally at a licensed and inspected commercial kitchen in New Jersey. We personally develop the menu, locate the ingredients, craft the meals, package the meals and deliver them to your door. We are ServSafe certified and board of health inspected.

Currently, we deliver locally to Berkeley Heights, the Chathams, Madison, Millburn, Mountainside, New Providence, Short Hills, and Summit, NJ, but we will be expanding soon to other towns within New Jersey.

We also have pick-up on Tuesdays in our affiliate locations in MillburnMaplewood, and New Providence.

We are able to extend delivery to towns adjoining our delivery zone in a case by case basis.  There will be an addition delivery fee and/or ordering minimum depending on location. Please email [email protected]for more information.

All meals will come with specific instructions on how to heat. We will provide both oven and microwave instructions. We suggest that you reheat your meals in the oven, but understand that time does not always allow for this.

Your meals are prepared fresh prior to delivery. Your meals will be delivered to your front door (unless otherwise specified) with ice packs to keep them fresh for up to 4 hours. Your meals can be kept in the refrigerator and enjoyed for 3-4 days. If you won’t be eating them within 4 days, we suggest you freeze them. Our meals are never frozen prior to delivery, so you can freeze them as needed.

Your Zing Meals bag is the property of Zing Meals, for you to use for your Zing Meals deliveries. If you are planning to order again within the next few weeks, please save your reusable Zing Meals bag for your next order. Leave it outside throughout the delivery timeframe of your next scheduled delivery for reuse.

Our recipes have been developed by a Gourmet Chef and a certified Holistic Health Coach using wholesome and fresh ingredients. We strive to curate delicious, nutrient dense recipes, that cater to varied dietary requirements. Our recipes are tested in house and in the field before inclusion on our menu. Our recipes are continually updated based upon customer preferences and feedback.

In today’s busy world, we often don’t have time to prepare healthy meals. Instead, we purchase prepared meals from the grocery store or the freezer section. In order to extend the shelf life of these foods and keep the flavor, many additives and preservatives are used.

Unfortunately, many of these additives and preservatives can cause health problems, ranging from allergies, hyperactivity, ADD, asthma, hay fever, skin rashes, hives, eczema, digestive problems and more. Zing Meals are prepared with fresh ingredients and delivered the same day. Since we deliver freshly prepared meals, we do not freeze or add any preservatives to extend the shelf-life of our products.

Our goal is to be transparent about our ingredients.  We value high-quality ingredients and continually look for the most responsible sources.

In lieu of a subscription service, we offer our customers the opportunity to submit a monthly order. To order for the month, please email [email protected] by 8 pm the Sunday prior to your first order date, with your meal choices along with the quantity, the dates of your orders and whether you want it to be delivered or if you will pick up. An invoice will be sent before your first order is delivered. The monthly menu is sent out the Wednesday before the first delivery for the month. You can find the current monthly menu here.

All refunds are issued as store credit. There’s something on our menu for everyone. Feel free to try one of our other gourmet dishes. Cancellations for Tuesday’s delivery must be made by the preceding Monday at 12 Noon (EST). All orders cancelled in a timely manner will receive a store credit for the full order amount.
